All employees must check whether their attire meets work requirements before starting their shifts. Wearing slippers, high heels, or clothing that affects safety is prohibited. Those with long hair must wear safety helmets. Maintain correct posture while working and stay mentally alert to handle tasks. If feeling unwell, immediately leave the workstation and report to the supervisor. Operators must stay focused during operations, avoid idle talk, cooperate with each other, and must not operate when agitated or fatigued to prevent accidents and ensure operational safety.
1. Before starting work, all employees must check whether their attire meets work requirements. Wearing slippers, high heels, or clothing that affects safety is prohibited. Those with long hair must wear safety helmets. Maintain correct posture during work and be mentally alert. If feeling unwell, leave the workstation immediately and report to the supervisor. Concentrate during operation, avoid idle talk, cooperate with each other, and operators must not operate when irritable or fatigued to prevent accidents and ensure operational safety.
2. Before operating machinery, check if the moving parts are lubricated, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are functioning properly. Run the machine idle for 1-3 minutes. Operation is strictly prohibited if the machinery is faulty.
3. When changing molds, first turn off the power. Only after the press machine's moving parts have stopped can installation and adjustment of the mold begin. After installation and adjustment, manually move the flywheel to test twice, checking whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, screws are tight, and the edging ring is in the correct position.
4. The power can only be turned on and the machine started after all other personnel have left the mechanical work area and removed any debris from the workbench.
5. After the machine starts, one person should handle material transport and machine operation. Others must not press the electric buttons or foot pedals, nor place hands into the mechanical work area or touch moving parts. During operation, hands must not be extended into the slider work area, and it is strictly forbidden to manually pick up or place workpieces. When handling workpieces inside the die, use tools that meet standards. If abnormal sounds or malfunctions occur, immediately turn off the power for inspection.
6. At the end of the shift, turn off idle power and organize finished products, scrap materials, and debris at the workstation to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
7. The above operating procedures must be consciously followed. Do not operate in violation of rules. In case of faults, cooperate with maintenance personnel for repairs. In the event of an accident, immediately cut off the power, preserve the scene, and report to the factory department for handling. All consequences caused by violating operating procedures shall be borne by the responsible person.
